To take advantage of our online ordering please have your files (if any) ready for upload then proceed to order by clicking here.

You may view the status of your order by visiting our customer area and entering you customer number and password that you will receive after filling out our customer information form.

See Mail Ordering below for details on how to ship the materials for your completed phone order and how to send payment. The sales representative will give you a customer number and sign on password. Please write these down and keep them in a safe place.

Mail Ordering

Forms are available here for mail order and phone submissions. Please submit a copy of the form with any physical items that you mail to APG. Hard copies of materials should be mailed to:

Materials accepted are, physical photos, photos on CD or floppy diskette (see recommended file types), VHS video Cassettes, Audio Cassettes and Audio CDs (please note that copyrighted materials require a copy of the release included with the product). Please include a description of services requested, rough sketch of intended layouts if pertinent.

Please make sure that items are shipped properly to prevent damage. It is recommended that envelopes with physical photography are to contain a sheet of cardboard to protect them from bending. Video cassettes and the like should be in a bubble pack envelope. Also be sure to include a proper return address for the materials shipped so that we may return the materials.

All items shipped to APG will be returned with return postage being included in your billing for services. Unless otherwise requested, the US Postal service will be the return mail service.
